Cancellation Policy
Lateness If you arrive more than 20 minutes late for your Bio Tech Body Scan we reserve the right to cancel your appointment and refuse you entry into the premises. No refund shall be due to you. When you arrive to your appointment you will required to read and sign an agreement. Cancellation If you want to cancel your Bio Tech Body Scan, you have 24 hours to cancel for a full refund minus an administration fee of £60. If you want to cancel more than 24 hours of making this booking you will be charged a cancellation fee of £150. If you want to cancel this booking less than 7 days before your arranged appointment, you will not be due any refund. Reschedule You are free to reschedule your Bio Tech Body Scan as long as you let us know more than 7 days before your scheduled appointment. If you want to reschedule less than 7 days before your appointment, you shall have to pay a reschedule fee of £40
